48hrs Claim Period

Claims are paid out within 48hrs upon submission of all required documents.

Certified Documents Required

At claim stage we require the following documents certified at a South African Police Station:

1. Certified copy of Death Certificate
2. Certified copy of the Deceased's ID
3. Certified copy of the Claimant's ID
4. One month Banking Statement/ Proof of Banking

NB: In a case of Suicide and Unnatural death, a Police Report will be needed. A Police Report Form can be collected at any Tlholo Victory Branch.

After Two Full Months

A policy will lapse after 2 two full months of non-payment of premuims. Not paying the full premuim amount will also result in a policy lapsing.

Spouse or Dependent Take Over Policy

In a case where the Policy Holder passes on, the Spouse or Nominated Dependent (a person who is over 18 years and has beenon the policy for more than 6 months) can take over ownership of the policy and become the Policy Holder.

Foreign Citizens are Covered

At the moment we can only cover citizens from Lesotho with valid Lesotho Passports.

Repatriation Benefit Available

As part of having a Tlholo Victory Financial Services Policy, we have a repatriation of mortal remains benefit for persons who are more than 100 KMs from where they will be buried.

Mulptiple Cover For One Person

At Tlholo Victory Financial Services you can cover one person multiple times within our policy maximum cover. Each policy will be paid out at claim stage.
